Seth DeCroce is an award-winning brand director, content strategist and copywriter. He is the founder of Hydrogen Media, a brand development consultancy focused on start-up acceleration, brand identity, and cross-platform content publishing. As a professional advisor, Seth works one-on-one with executives and entrepreneurs to fully realize their vision and express the full potential of their brands.

Seth has led global marketing and innovation initiatives for The New York Times, Facebook, American Express, British Airways, Pfizer, Lowe’s, Unilever and Samsung. Specialties include technology, AI, FinTech/financial services, consumer goods and health & wellness. Awards include the Cannes Lion, IAB MIXX, SABRE, Effie, Stevie and DTC Advertising Awards.

As a naming and verbal identity consultant, Seth has led nomenclature and messaging guideline development for Nestlé, Bayer, Audible, TuneIn, Siemens, Mash and Royal Canin. As a content strategist, Seth oversees comprehensive site audits, content inventory and restructuring, social media strategy, creative brief development, copywriting and campaign rollout, collaborating closely with UX and design teams.

Outside the industry, Seth is a micro-developer of boutique lodging properties in the Hudson Valley, including Holland House and Gray Street Guest House. He is the creator of An Upstate of Mind, a magazine dedicated to the modern explorer in New York State, and a contributing editor for PAPER Magazine.
